Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the most suited vineyards of Trentino, in that specific geographical area defining the Trento Doc zone. The Metodo Classico method applied to this precious base wine results in a harmonious and elegant spumante.
Cuvée Brut is left to age for at least 18 months in dark and silent cellars until it has developed its typical perfumes and tastes.
